Mums & Bubs Fitness Classes

Our Mums & Bubs Class is designed specifically for a safe return to exercise and rebuilding your body from the inside out. Classes will have a focus on improving your posture, strength and overall wellbeing to ensure you are getting more than just a workout. We will provide further education that you can take away into your everyday life as a mum.

Mums welcome of all ages and stages. We also welcome toddlers and mums with grown up kids. It’s never too late to start.

Frequently Asked Questions about Mums & Bubs Fitness

Do I need Doctor's Clearance to attend?

Generally, we ask that all new mums have had their 6 week check up at a minimum. If there are some ongoing issues or injuries from birth that need attention, we recommend further assessment by a Women’s Health Physiotherapist.

We ask that all mums complete the Post Natal Pre-exercise Questionnaire and return by email or bring on the day. Your Trainer will complete a review and may ask additional questions to ensure you are ready to commence. How much do classes cost?
We offer a free trial for all new members to attend their first class for Free! This allows mums to see if the class suits them, whether you like your trainer and whether they are the right fit for you.

* Casual:
$15.00 per session – Pay as you attend by cash.

* Weekly Membership:
– 1 session per week – $12.00
– 2 sessions per week – $22.00

Payment for weekly memberships can be made by Direct Debit (fees apply), Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Cash.

How do I sign up for ongoing classes?
If you loved your free trial and would like to commit to ongoing classes, you can complete our sign up form to be booked into your preferred days. Our Sign Up Form also outlines our terms and conditions for participation in our class, how to book, refund and cancellation policies.



What do I need to bring?
*Hats for you both
* Sunscreen
* Water
* Exercise Mat
* Play mat, toys or pram – whatever your bub needs.

We aim to train in shaded areas but it’s always best to bring extra protection from the sun.

Do I need to have a bub?
No, you don’t need to have a bub. Our classes are designed for new mums, however mums of any age or stage can find benefit. We welcome toddlers and understand that during school holidays older children may attend too. We also cater for mums of older children who may be experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and are looking for safe exercise to complete.
What do the children do while we workout?
Babies are often kept in their prams as they sleep during workout time. As they get older, they can come out onto a mat to play with other kids. Once walking, they will often play nearby in the park. We are in a secure part of the park away from the roadways and we all help to keep an eye on the kids to keep them safe.
How many people are in your classes?
We have capped bookings for our classes to a maximum of 10 participants. This allows your trainer the time to correct your technique, provide cues to get more out of the workout and to help with your bub as you transition between exercises. It’s important that if you cannot make a class that you let your trainer know so that we can offer your place to another mum looking to join.
